The Constitution provides that an amendment may be proposed either by the Congress with a two-thirds majority vote in both the House of Representatives and the Senate or by a constitutional convention called for by two-thirds of the State legislatures.
Amendment 1 - ONE MAN ONE VOTE. The President is directly elected by all Citizens of United States of American and its Territories.

If you don’t see this as in your best interest now, it may be in your interest next time. This is truly fair to everyone As a compromise this could be added to the amendment. Biometric ID chip card (Electronic signature, Photo and fingerprint) to be used for Social Security, Tax filing, voter ID and Banking. It could be used to stop growing Fraud. I know a lot of people will not like this. But it can be done fairly. .Cards could be issued at dep’t of motor vehicles, Fire departments, Libraries, Banks, Schools, Polling Places ect. I addition it could be implemented by reaching out remotely. Issuers can come your location. ie. (Senior Citizen Homes, Hospitals) I am an expert in this field and it can be done with relative ease and fairness. I Know this for a fact.
Amendment 2. STATES SHALL NOT GERRYMANDER .

States will divide their congressional districts into computer assisted squares, rectangles or circles with no voter profiling allowed. This is true democracy with no manipulation. It will make American fair and great.
Amendment 3. NATIONAL HEALTH SERVICE, that provides healthcare to all permanent residents of the United States

Healthcare is free at the point of use and paid for from general taxation. Most of the World has this system. We could use England’s spectacular Healthcare System as an example. We in the United States the richest country in the world, we pay much than anyone else. Our system is in shambles and falling apart fast. Our GDP will go largely to pay for healthcare as we go broke. It’s time for America to stop the bickering ,stupidity and get healthy.
Amendment 4. TERM LIMITS
Senate - 2 consecutive Terms of 6 years per term Congress 4 consecutive Terms of 2 years per term

While we may have great representatives, we think, most of them are voted in blindly year after year. They know that and have become complacement. Do they truly represent your best interest or the interest of those who will pay them money to get reelected? (The system is not working) This way they will focus on your best interest to get elected. They can always come back after being out and fight for you vote.
